Can't recommend Tim and his team enough. His team did a fantastic job updating our house. His patience with our (perhaps too often) changes was much appreciate and his connections to find better prices on materials was greatly appreciated. He's a professional through and through and his suggestions along the way show his experience in what works well in real life (versus what only looks good on paper).

Tim Todd was our contractor for our kitchen and master bath remodel. We took both down to the studs and the construction took about 3 months to complete. We are so pleased. Tim was very easy to work with and all his guys are professionals. He scheduled and made sure that his sub-contractors performed as expected and he took responsibility for their work. He has a really good eye for details and was most concerned that everything met our expectations. Both the kitchen and the bath are gorgeous!
